If you are invited for an interview and offered a position, we will also collect:
  • Results of background checks, including criminal convictions, immigration status, and references from previous employers or colleagues.

How Long We Keep Your Data
If your application is unsuccessful, we delete some information immediately (e.g., criminal record checks). If you consent to keep your information for other roles, we retain it for 2 years. We keep all applications for at least 6 months for legal purposes.

We may transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We ensure such transfers comply with the applicable data protection laws and that your data is protected.
